Russell Mackey (Committee Chair and Director of Coaching)
  • Currently the Head Coach at Mt. Notre Dame where he has been coaching for eight  years.  He has coached his teams to four  Girls’ Greater Cincinnati League Championships and was named GGCL Coach of the Year in 2009 and 2012 and 2013.
  • Selected by US Lacrosse to coach one of eight teams at the 2012 All American Showcase, a US Lacrosse event featuring 200 of the top high school players in the country.  Notably, Russell’s team also won the All-American Showcase event!
  • Coach Mackey is currently the OSLCA’s Regional VP, So. Ohio US Lacrosse Chapter’s All Academic Chair, and All American Selection Committee member.
  • Coach Mackey and his wife have 3 grown children.  His daughter Erin played lacrosse for Lafayette.
 
Bill Baldwin
  • Has coached lacrosse for the Cincinnati Blue Jays boys Youth and Middle School programs for the past 5 years. In 2007, he served as the Defensive Coach for Blue Jays Middle School team that finished as state runner-ups.
  • Played defense at New Trier high school from 1983-85 (including their State Championship team in 1985) and collegiately for the University of Wisconsin lacrosse club
  • Has three “lax crazy” kids and is a long time student of the game
 
Sharon Lipic
  • Over 10 years of youth coaching experience (basketball and lacrosse).  For past five years, she has coached for the Lakota Youth and Middle School programs.
  • Coached Cincinnati Elite Ohio Cup select teams in 2011 and 2012
  • Was an active parent with Natilax and developed a strong sense of what it takes to be successful with a travel team
 
Stacey Morton
  • Served as head coach for the Loveland 5th/6th grade youth girls team the past two seasons and also served three years as a Board Member of the Club
  • Actively involved with the Sycamore Girls Youth Lacrosse Club and has served as the Club Treasurer the past two years
  • Is an active certified official for the Southern Ohio Women’s Lacrosse Umpire Association (SOWLUA)
 
Blayne Smith
  • Has coached Girls Youth Lacrosse in Wyoming for the past six years
  • Has been an active volunteer who has helped build and grow the program in the Wyoming Community
 
Dan Utt
  • Currently serves as the Head Coach of the Mariemont Middle School Girls team.  Has coached Middle School girls lacrosse for 6 years
  • Coached U-15 Southern Ohio All Star girls team at the US National Championships held in Raleigh and Orlando.  Also coached All Star teams at the U-11 and U-13 level.
  • Currently serves as Board Member of Southern Ohio MS Girls’ Lacrosse League.
  • Son Alex played for Royals boys team and currently plays collegiately for Marquette
 
Todd Volmer
  • Currently serves as the Program Director and varsity lacrosse coach at Ursuline Academy
  • His Ursuline teams have won numerous GGCL Championships. Coach Volmer was named GGCL Coach of the Year in 2011 and 2012.
  • Coach Volmer played on Cincinnati’s first lacrosse team in Southern Ohio at Moeller high school in 1988 and also played in college.
  • ddIn addition to coaching, Todd is the Owner and Operator of KeVo lacrosse which runs year round league and clinics.
 
Graham Wadds
  • Has coached in the Wyoming Youth girl’s program for the past 9 seasons.  Has also served as Vice President of the Wyoming Lacrosse Club the past 4 years.
  • Has served as a Board Member of the Ohio Youth Girls Lacrosse Association for 5 years including serving as its President the past 4 years.
  • Has coached five summer Club/Youth All-Star teams.

Paul Eldridge (Committee Chair and Director of Coaching)
  • A Long Island native, Paul is a 2002 inductee into the US Lacrosse Ohio Chapter Hall of Fame and currently serves as Chairman of both the Southern Ohio Girls High School All American selection committee and the US Lacrosse Ohio Chapter Hall of Fame Selection Committee
  • Extensive coaching career spanning over 35 years including coaching boys teams at Worthington High School (2x Midwest HS Champions 1975-79); Upper Arlington HS  (2x State Runner-Up 1980-81); Anderson HS (2x D3 HS Champions 2005-06) as well as coaching girls lacrosse at Anderson HS (5x D3 State Champions 2007-12)
  • A 4 year letter winner at Baldwin HS on Long Island and a two year letter winner at both National Champion Nassau Community College (1970-71) and Midwest Lacrosse Champion Bowling Green (1974)
  • Has a daughter who currently plays collegiately for Whittenberg
 
Kevin Carroll
  • A Long Island native with a 27 year playing and coaching background.  Currently serves on the Board of the Irish Lacrosse Foundation which is chaired by legendary Cornell coach Richie Moran.
  • Organized and managed the Connecticut Cup Exhibition game at Yale University for Team Ireland that played against the Connecticut New York Youth Association Alumni Team that included four players in the MLL and two current US World Team players.
  • Currently serves as a Vice President of the Mason Lacrosse Club Girls program and on the Board of the Southern Ohio Girls Youth Lacrosse Association.  Also coaches in Mason Girls Youth program.
  • Played High School lacrosse at US Military Academy Prep School and collegiately at SUNY Albany
 
Stewart Lewis
  • Has been Head Coach of the Seven Hills Varsity Girls program since 2004
  • Coached three Midwestern teams that participated in US Women’s Lacrosse National Tournament
  • Brought organized lacrosse to Cincinnati through founding the Cincinnati Lacrosse Club, a team of collegiate/post collegiate players who competed against other Club teams throughout the Midwest.
  • Played lacrosse collegiately at Denison University
 
Glenn Namian
  • Has been coaching girls lacrosse for over a decade including serving as the Head Coach of the Lakota HS Girls Varsity Team (2005-2008), the Assistant Coach at St Ursula and various coaching roles in the Lakota Middle School and Youth programs
  • Served as an Ohio State Lacrosse Association (OSLA) Board Member,a US Lacrosse Southern Ohio Board member and the OSLA Southern Ohio Referee Assignor from 2006-2008
  • Played collegiately at Fairfield University from 1974-78
 
Kate Molinsky
  • Founded the Cincy Royals Girls Youth lacrosse program in 2008 and has served as Head Coach since the program’s inception
  • Coached first girls team in Cincinnati at Indian Hill HS from 1997-2003
  • Was a standout 4 year player at Harvard where she captained their NCAA finalist team in 1989.  She also was a Second Team All-American selection and a GTE Academic All-American
